1. Who We Are
Grayzn Limited is a company incorporated in New Zealand. We operate the Grayzn meal planning platform at grayzn.com. For privacy purposes, Grayzn Limited is the data controller (UK GDPR), agency (NZ Privacy Act 2020), and business (CCPA/CPRA) responsible for your personal information.
For all privacy enquiries and data rights requests, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@grayzn.com. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond within 20 business days.
2. What Data We Collect
When you create a Grayzn account, we collect:
- •Name and email — to manage your account and send subscription communications
- •Payment details — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- •Meal plan and recipe data — which recipes you save and add to your planner, used to personalise your experience and calculate creator revenue share
- •Dietary preferences — to personalise recipe recommendations
- •Device and usage data — for platform security and performance
We do not collect health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, biometric data, children's data, or precise geolocation data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- •Run your subscription — account management, billing, and platform access
- •Send subscription communications — receipts, renewal reminders, and support
- •Personalise your meal planning experience
- •Calculate and pay creator revenue share
- •Platform security, fraud prevention, and analytics
- •Tax compliance and legal obligations
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build advertising profiles. Creators receive only anonymised, aggregated subscriber counts — never your personal identity.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- •Stripe — payment processing
- •Vercel — platform hosting and infrastructure
- •Email provider — transactional email delivery
All providers are bound by data processing agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- •Account data — kept for the duration of your subscription, then deleted 30 days after cancellation
- •Payment records — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting obligations
- •Meal plan and recipe history — deleted with your account
- •Anonymised analytics — retained indefinitely (no personal data)

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
