1. About Grayzn
Grayzn is an online subscription meal planning platform operated by Grayzn Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand. Our platform connects subscribers with family meal planning content created by independent recipe creators. By creating a Grayzn account, starting a free trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Free Trial
⚠ Free Trial Notice
Your 7-day free trial begins when you create your account and enter payment details. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged USD $99.99 for an annual subscription. We will send a reminder 24 hours before your trial expires.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access. A valid payment method is required to start. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge via Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan.
3. Subscription and Billing
Grayzn offers one subscription plan: an annual plan at USD $99.99 per year, providing full access to all platform features.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each year. We will send a renewal reminder email at least 30 days before your renewal date, including the renewal amount, date, and a direct cancellation link.
Price changes: If we increase the price, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect and provide the opportunity to cancel before it applies.
All prices are in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
How to cancel — one step
Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your subscription cancels immediately. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. No phone call required. No cancellation fee.
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current paid period.
Refunds: Cancel during your 7-day trial — no charge. Cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal charge without having used the platform — full refund. Cancel after that — no refund for the current period, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Australian, UK, and US subscribers have additional statutory refund rights that these Terms do not limit. See Section 9 for jurisdiction-specific details.
5. Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial household use. You may not: reproduce or sell platform content commercially; use automated tools or bots; create multiple accounts for additional free trials; or share account credentials outside your household.
6. Food Safety

Recipes on Grayzn are contributed by independent creators. While creators are required to identify common allergens, Grayzn cannot guarantee that all allergen information is complete or accurate. Always check ingredient labels if you or someone in your household has a food allergy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Grayzn platform and its technology are the intellectual property of Grayzn Limited. Recipes are the intellectual property of their creators. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grayzn's total liability for any claim is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Grayzn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Your Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Your applicable local consumer protection laws apply and are not excluded.
- •New Zealand: Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply.
- •Australia: Australian Consumer Law applies including statutory guarantees.
- •UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. DMCCA 2024 rights will apply from Autumn 2026.
- •US: We comply with FTC rules and all applicable state automatic renewal laws. Online cancellation is available at all times.
